It took 3 overseas calls...

It took 3 overseas calls to book the trip due to website errors. We were clearly paying much more than others on the boat. Wet suits were not included in the $120 vip price, nor were basic drinks such as coffee. Beware the $17 fruit plate scam -- where they make it seem like its part of the service and then bill you at the end. Lunch was nothing special.
We only got one snorkelling stop although somehow the guides made an exception for one couple after refusing our request to snorkel at White Isl, which is otherwise a very crowded sand bar whose purpose on this tour was unexplained. Nice ship, no sailing, poor food, strange itinerary. Other options could be better.

The tour we received was not the tour we booked.
The initial hotel pick up was late and in doing so we endured a speeding scary ride to the port, including double backing for nearly 40minutes.
We specifically booked this tour as it was advertised with an English tour guide, however everything was announced in Italian! So details of the days running order, to any health and safety information or instructions given we simply could not understand anything.
No attempt was made by the company rep to communicate with us on an individual basis. We were put onto the ship and he never spoke to us again until the end of the trip when he wanted a tip! After that we never saw him again and had to locate transport ourselves.
Tickets and ID were never checked, no masks worn, no social distancing and no sanitiser available to my knowledge, I know we all try to take our own approach to covid-19 prevention but don’t advertise precautions in the trip details and then not enforce them.
We booked the VIP ticket and the experience was no different to anyone else onboard. The water sports/activities advertised were not all available & again we only knew they had started as we saw other people taking part. The only English music played was offensive, racially abusive and completely inappropriate for a family trip.
We did contact viator.com as we were extremely disappointed that the trip and experience we paid for wasn’t provided, they have only responded from a no reply email, which has left us feeling ripped off and taken advantage of.
Book it. VIP you won’t regret it

I booked this on a whim as a birthday present to myself :) I opted for the VIP option and would highly recommend it. The staff and boat the vibe, everything was immaculate! I can’t fault it at all, they communicated very well via WhatsApp about pick up etc and they arrived on time. The boat itself is so cool, the staff were very accommodating and if you’re lucky to have Saif on your boat - you’re in for and amazing time. The food served was delicious and 10/10
The White Island is breathtaking, the waters crystal clear, the sand softer than anything. I would highly recommend booking this. I’m even tempted to book again before I leave Sharm.
