Such a rich experience

Winchester has so much more history than i think people know. From the Arthur legend to 2 castles and 2 palaces, Keats and Jane Austen, even a no.1 song! Bryan was the most entertaining and knowledgeable tour guide, with enriching prepared material and also warm interaction as well. Could not have been better !

Wonderful walk in Winchester

Winchester is amazing! It’s a treasure trove and everyone who has been someone in British history has passed through this magnificent, living museum of a city. So much history! Bryan literally and figuratively walked us through its storied streets and buildings, making it come alive. He is such a knowledgeable and personable young man and passionate at what he does and he does a great rendition of “ Winchester Cathedral “ This tour is highly recommended for everyone especially for those who loves history and architecture. It is excellent both in value and content.

Great easy going and very informative guided walk

I very much recommend this very interesting tour. It was an easy stroll. Bryan was knowledgeable and informative (with moments of lightheartedness that were most welcome). After our walking tour we managed to catch a guided tour inside the cathedral and it was made truly relevant by all that we had heard in the morning. My friends and I enjoyed our walk very much indeed. Winchester is a lovely city.

If you’re looking to find the history of Winchester then this is your tour! The guide was funny and as knowledgable as google!! A great way to navigate your way around and decide what you want to go back to and explore more. If you are interested in Jane Austen then there is something for you too and a quirky pub at the end! Make sure you finish your homework!
