Beautiful trip to the top. Very smooth and quiet gondola ride. There is probably about 2 minutes between each gondola and the nice thing is they can knock down a line quite rapidly. The top was picturesque. The suspension bride was a partiflcular favorite as well as all the views of the surrounding mountain.

I had a great time taking the gondola up to the top and doing the Spirit Trail and Panorama Trail with my family (3 adults, 2 seniors) which only took about 2 hours total (give and take, with photo-taking and snacking). These were easy/moderate trails that kids and seniors can do and they offered very satisfying views of the valley. There were more strenuous hikes as well that we didn't explore but I can see us spending a whole day there if we wanted to.

when we first pulled into the parking lot my girlfriend looked at me crazy watching the cars go up so far asking me questions like “you think i’m getting on that?” when we first got to canada for her birthday i told her i had a surprise for her that had some scenery and she had no clue this was the surprise. we get in line and grab our tickets. i go use the bathroom and she says she’ll be waiting in the gift shop. once i’m out the bathroom she’s taking me around the gift shop showing me what she likes in there and i ask her if she’s wasting time to avoid the car ride up the mountains. her face gets so stuck like she’s seen a ghost. we get onto a car and its slowly ascending and she’s sitting across from me holding my knees because she is afraid of heights. loves the scenery in the background the entire ride up but will not let go of my knees. i take a couple of pictures of her on her phone and she looks behind her and sees the beautiful water which makes her forget how high she actually is. the car ride was so smooth no tilting or anything happened. once we get to the top we get off the car to go look around up there. she tells me “babe i think this is a suspension bridge i seen on tiktok,” which i really didn’t know she saw but i acted like i knew it all along and this was planned. we go across the bridge and halfway there on the bridge she gets scared so we start walking back because she didn’t want to go any further. we walk through the gift shop at the top just to see what else is there for us. once we get back on the car going to ride down she sits next to me and holds on for dear life to my arm. it was a little more windy coming back down but not much of a true scare. she admired the view and loved what i showed her. thank you for making our experience and her birthday a very memorable moment.

Purchased my tickets through Viator for a group of 11 girls. Had to retrieve our tickets at guest services and it was a breeze. We headed up on the Gondola and the views were amazing! The food was delicious, the drinks were great! There was a live band there that played at 5pm.

Great experience. Do not book through viator. The company operating the trolley had not heard of viator so refused to honor the voucher . Buy it direct . Now I am spending time trying to chase a refund down from viator and customer service is yet to respond
