There were 3 ships in port and our guide told us there was not enough vans drivers and guides for all the people in town. The tour was very rushed and our guide left us at several points, including whenever we entered an attraction where the ticket price was supposed to included in the tour price, therefore we paid twice. Our guide for walking tour was very good and. That saved the day. Tangiers is an interesting city and we enjoyed our time there.

Mossein and Youseff were fantastic! I did this tour with my father, who is 78. They did an excellent job of pacing our time and showing us all the sites in a way that was manageable for us both. The tour exceeded our expectations and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get a sense of all that Tangier has to offer. It was a memorable day for us!

Half day tour at Tangier

The half day tour is very good , saves our time and transportation issue , with the professional guide , covered most Tangier’s sightseeing spots. Cape Spartel is most iconic landmark, so beautiful. Wish gave us 20 min break there to enjoy longer , also can have a coffee at the cafe

We were extremely disappointed in this tour. The guide drove us around and spoke in Arabic most of the time to the driver. He then proceeded to charge us 120 Dihrams to enter the Hercules Caves. We later found out that there is no fee to visit them. He gave the impression that he was in a hurry and did not really want to be there. He was on his phone most of the tour. In addition, His knowledge was minimal and his lack of interest in providing a positive experience was obvious. The venders that he encouraged us to engage with were high pressure and clearly in agreement with a sales commission with him. We eventually were required to become aggressive in our desires to end the tour and be on our way. This tour guide should never be allowed to represent any tourism company . The driver proceeded to charge us 30 percent more, than we paid to return to the port. We are disappointed that Viator would hire someone of questionable integrity and honesty to represent them. We have enjoyed many tours from Viator in the past and hope that this particular guide is terminated, so that others do not adopt a similar opinion of the company.

Hi I am Omar. All you are complaining about is not true. There is a fee for every body to enter Hercules Cave and it was not included in your tour package. I do not appreciate your meanness in your review because it is inaccurate and hurtful. You are obviously trying to unfairly harm my career. Thank you.

This was the worst tour I’ve ever been on. The first half we stayed in a car while the guide pointed out buildings as the driver quickly drove past them. Each time we made a stop, we were handed off to another person who would then explain the site or shop. We had to pay each of these ppl (the camel ride, the Hercules cave). The worst part is that towards the end of the tour our guide completely abandoned us. He took us to a view point on top of the Medina and disappeared. Multiple locals tried haggling us saying they would “take over the tour from there”and that we had to pay them. It was obviously a scam and felt extremely unsettling, especially because this was our first and only day in Tangier. We had to find our way out of the Medina (which is a complete maze) and find a taxi. The situation was horrible. I would not recommend this tour to anyone.

Excellent friendly tour guides showed us the highlights of Tangiers.

Very nice tour of the highlights of Tangiers. We were picked up at our hotel on the outskirts of Tangiers and driven from Hercules Cave to the Kasbah and Medina. We took a break for lunch (not included) and continued our tour. Our driver was excellent and our guide Mohamed clearly loved to talk about his hometown. They were very good companions for the day. The highlight was a camel ride on the beach.
