Das war eine tolle Tour! Von der Buchung bis zum eigentlichen Tag der Tour war der Kundenservice großartig. Bevor ich die Tour buchte, rief Omer mich an und beantwortete alle meine Fragen! Als wir in Tanger ankamen, warteten sie auf uns. Hassan und Ali waren unsere Reiseleiter und sie waren super. Ein Teil unserer Gruppe bestand aus Reifen und Ali nahm sie mit, damit sie sich ausruhen konnten, als Hassan uns mitnahm, um die Tour fortzusetzen. Sie waren super zuvorkommend und brachten uns zu vielen Orten. Wir mussten nichts bezahlen, außer für unser Essen. Das Restaurant, in dem wir waren, war erschwinglich und wir haben so viel gegessen. Das ganze Essen war sehr lecker. Sie machten unseren Tag lustig und angenehm! Es war eine großartige Tour und wir hatten großartige Reiseleiter!

Tangier city Day tour

We had a great time in Tangier. Karim was very helpful getting us from Esteponia to Tangier. Communication was almost daily as needed before our trip to keep us informed.
Once we arrived, our guide Abu was amazing. I can’t understate how well he did showing us around the city. This tour met every expectation we had and given more time would have booked a trip to a different city.
Thank you Karim, Abu, and Rashid for a fantastic day and helping our family make forever memories!

From the moment I booked this tour we had an exceptional experience. Karim was very good at communicating with us and everything went so smoothly. Our tour guide Abu was excellent. Both my daughter and I would say this tour was the highlight of our entire vacation! We loved Tangier- the food, the culture, the history, and the camels. My favorite was the camel ride. It was a nice long ride by the beach and we got the best pictures! It was positively beautiful there. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone!!

We cannot say enough great things about Karim and his colleagues on this tour.
Communication was top tier, all of our pick ups / drop offs were smooth, we rode around in a Mercedes van all day which was spacious and luxurious.
Because it was just the two of us, we were able to customize our trip based on what we like. So because of my husbands love for food, we made sure to request to try as many food spots as possible. Additionally, Karim made sure to grab us drinks and snacks along the way if we needed them between meals.
The Moroccan people we met along our tour were friendly and welcoming.
I would recommend this tour to absolutely everyone. It was incredible and truly a fulfilling day seeing the city and learning the history and culture.

Karim and his team were incredible from the start. I received a personal call upon booking to understand the elements of the tour that were most important to my family so Karim could customize the experience. Communication was fantastic from the lead up through the day of the tour. Our entire family felt very well taken care of, and were able to see so much in a short time.
Karim's team met us at the port, and immediately took us off to breakfast. We stopped along the way to see a few key sights. Karim made sure we had some traditional Moroccan breakfast foods. It was raining on and off, so he was able to adapt along the way to make sure we were still able to do all we wanted with minimal interruption from the weather.
He's incredibly well connected and is working throughout the day to ensure the next stop knows we are on the way. His connections and advance work make the day seamless. No lines. No waiting.
The Casbah is a labyrinth. I have no idea how we would have found our way around without Karim and team. We were fascinated by the concept of a community oven. When he found one open, we were able to step in to see it, and taste some cookies fresh from the oven. Our bags were carried, and umbrellas supplied as needed. Karim knows how to take care of his customers.
The day following our trip, our daughter realized she forgot to buy a snow globe (which she does for anyplace we visit). I sent Karim a message and he sent pics of options and is shipping it to us. He also sent pics of the rugs we bought as we forgot to snap pics during the process.
I would recommend Karim and his team to anyone!

Hassan was a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable about every place we went. We enjoyed the views, history, food, shopping, and especially the Hercules Cave. That was the highlight of the trip. I was surprised to also enjoy riding a camel on the beach! Who would have thought at age 64 I would do that! It was all fun and interesting. I wish I had better knees for the old town hills, but Hassan made sure I was okay. We felt quite safe and pampered the whole time. Ishmael was our careful and courteous driver.

We took a trip to southern Spain and scheduled several tours through Viator. Out of all of the tour groups, Karim was easily the best at communicating and planning our our day trip with us. Then Abu, our guide, was incredibly accommodating to everyone in our group—answering our questions, accommodating when we were hungry, and taking us to the best shops. We felt so well taken care of and safe. But then on top of that, they helped us find justice for my dad.
Two years prior, my dad visited Morocco with a completely different tour group. The group took him to the market and shops where he purchased a custom rug for his house that got shipped to the US. Once it arrived, he realized he’d been ripped off when the rug arrived in the wrong color. Upon hearing the story, both Karim and Abu instantly would not stand for that. So they tracked down the store and helped us communicate that the store needed to make things right. After a brief negotiation, the store agreed to remake the rug in the right color. Keep in mind this is over two years after the fact, none of that would have happened if it weren’t for Abu and Karim. They did this for us not because we were special, but because this is how they treat all their guests.
When I say they were the best, they treated us with the very best service from booking all the way through the end. Book them.

Amazing Day Trip to Tangier

We had such an amazing day trip to Tangier with Karim and Abu! From the time of booking to the time of our departure they made sure we had a truly memorable experience. From the drive around town to the camel rides on the beach; from the mint tea and sweets to the delicious lunch; and ending our day with hours of shopping - we couldn't have planned a better day. Thank you both for such an amazing day - we truly enjoyed our time there!
