Sometimes emergencies arise and we will offer the opportunity to reschedule for a rebooking fee. The rebooking fee covers the hard costs expended on a guests' behalf that were associated with the missed flight. I can't find your reservation in our system by your username, so I can only assume you either never contacted us, you didn't show up for your ride and you don't want to reschedule with a rebooking fee. In either case, we hope for the best for you. Since you claim your car accident is the root cause of missing your flight, please be sure to add your balloon purchase to your accident claim. Most insurers will cover these auxiliary losses and you will be made whole.
