So much fun, will definitely book again. The wines were delicious and the driver and guide were very nice!

I received the voucher/consent forms the night before our tasting tour. I was so excited to take my daughter as we are here in Temecula to go wine tasting for her 21st birthday. I was horrified to read that passengers who are larger may not be allowed on the tour because of their size or they should purchase another seat a month after I'd already purchased our tickets. The wording also indicated that if no other seats were available you wouldn't be able to buy another ticket and wouldn't be able to join the tour. It sounded like torture to show up only to find I could be too big for the seat (which it said was 17.5 inches - that's not even that big!), have to pay more, and then be told in front of the rest of the tour guests that I was too big to ride and be kicked off the tour. I cannot think of a more humiliating experience! And I paid for it!! I felt so upset at the prospect of having to go through something like that we opted to not even go. It RUINED our trip to a city full of vineyard that we weren't even able to go wine tasting while we were here despite my spending hundreds of dollars prepaid so we could go. I recall when I purchased the tickets that your site explicitly said no refunds. I do not recall reading in any of the information when I paid for/signed up for this about buying an extra seat or I would have then for greater peace of mind. I feel enraged about being ripped off like this. Thanks for nothing. I'll be adding this review online so other passengers who are larger know they are not welcome on your tour and maybe I can prevent someone else from wasting their money with you or feeling humiliated.

Hello Tricia, We do uderstand that this is something that is hard to ask a guest but it must be done to assure all of the guests saftey and comfort. Our seats size is set to the regulated size of 17.5" the same size as a standard plane ticket seat. As you know the vehicles for the tours are all limo seating and we need to make sure that there is enough room for all of the guests. As this is a open seating tour you purchased it would not be fair to the other guests that also purchased tickets to feel over crowded. It dose state all of this information in your conformation email that you receive right away. I understand that you felt you would be larger than the standard seat size. However, you should have called the office and a booking agent could have helped you with your reservation and to add the extra seat room for you if it was needed or move your group to a different bus. We have large guests like myself going out on tours everyday and have never had to remove someone from a tour. As i am also on the larger side it would be just as humiliating to me if i had to board a vehicle/plane and feel as if i was making everyone next to me crowded and uncomfortable. And i have looked at you booking and you were contacted multiple times by the company in reguards to your reservation and at no time did you reach back out to them to request a larger space for yourself and you told the driver when she contacted you that you were not going to be able to make it.

Everything was fine and fun. The only thing that I would suggest is being more punctual on the departure time we had to wait for people that were late past the 10:30 am pick up.
