Many thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear about your experience. Yes on rare occasions boat sells out and bookings cross over while we are updating the availability. It is recommended to book in advance. However an alternative trip was offered which was accepted. Clients in this case are offered an alternative boat, change of day or a full refund. A refund is in process for the price difference and takes 3/5 workings days.
