Ein toller Tag

Wir hatten heute einen unvergesslich schönen Tag. 1. Es waren nicht so viele Passagiere, so das man genug Platz hatte und alles gut sehen konnte. 2. Die beiden Kapitäne waren super Freundlich, Nett und man konnte sogar Routenwünsche äußern. Getränke und Sandwich waren ok. Aber das Highlight waren die vielen Grindwale (Pilotwale) die zu sehen bekam en. Der Kapitän ist total umsichtig und rücksichtsvoll mit den Tieren gefahren und in den richtigen Momenten den Motor ausgeschaltet, so dass die Wale nahe und langsam an uns vorbeizogen. Wunderschön, Danke.

Ausgesucht habe ich meinen Wunschkatamaran nach der Größe und der somit begrenzten Personenzahl (30-40max.) Und nach den bisherigen Bewertungen. Und nach der Fahrtdauer - 3 Stunden inkl. Badestopp sind völlig ausreichend, da ich zuletzt doch etwas seekrank werde. Die 2er Crew war sehr um die Gäste bemüht, ohne die Sicherheit zu vernachlässigen. Sie erläutern viel zu den Pilot-Walen, die sie vermutlich immer finden, obwohl nichts versprochen wird. Super.

Für mich war das beste Gesamterlebnis, die Delfine und Grindwale in ihrem natürlichen Lebensraum zu sehen. Das Personal an Bord war höflich und informativ, insgesamt sehr genossen, aber tragen Sie einen starken Faktor Sonnencreme!

Eden is a great wee boat and they were very respectful of the Pilot Whales and dolphins that we saw on the trip. Having been on several of the whale watching boats in this area they are in my top 2.

This trip is really relaxing, actually seeing both whales and dolphins added to the experience, we were starting to feel non would be seen the dolphins challenging the catamaran was astounding, crew were friendly and helpful, only let down the sandwich was on the dry side, highly recommend this 3 hour trip, the stop for swimming ended the trip nicely before returning to the marina, the weather was cooler than expected but did not spoil the sailing.

No fun allowed

Well everything would have been great but the captain was extremely rude to us. We had to wear our masks the entire time which I understand we are mid pandemic but it is unreasonable to expect everyone to wear their mask outside on a boat for 3 hours. They should have not packed the boat completely full. There was nothing about glass not being allowed on the boat, but the captain made us throw it away. After that he called us out multiple times. It was extremely rough that day on the water and people were throwing up. Couldn’t do anything without getting yelled at if I’m being honest. Not a good experience for us.

Dear Madelyn, Sorry for you bad experience, our company made investigation and we checked our on board cctv cameras and at this day and didn’t noticed any unlawful and disrespectful behaviour from our staff members, due the law of the Spain, what captain tried to explain you several times is not allowed to be without face mask on board and even on the streets, also we can proof that on board were only 25 people and that is 50% of capacity of this boat, we can’t fill more than 50% due the government regulations of Covid 19. On the camera we also saw that cork from your bottle of champagne flew out and almost hit another person and after that you were asked not to ride with a glass bottle on board as it was not safe, but you were not forced to throw it away, you poured it into plastic glasses without any issue. We are very sorry that you are trying to mislead our potential customers and distort the facts, our tour is about whale watching and cultural time and not about clubbing and drinking alcoholic beverages. disappointed with this reservation, It is important to know that dophins and whales sleep during the day so day trips are "useless" moreover we paid 3h return after 2h20, we saw some dophins sleeping but no whale or turtle snorkeling in a bay = NO at sea and visibility = 0 and for only 15 / 20min before telling us to go up.

We saw lots of pilot whales including some baby whales as well as some dolphins. Good information from the captains about the trip and the drinks were unlimited. Boat was small (only about 40 people on board)
