    Wir hatten nur die Sternenbeobachtung ohne Essen gebucht gehabt. Der Treffpunkt war ein Parkplatz an dem man keinerlei Netz hatte. 45 min NACH der Startzeit traf der Guide mit Reisebus ein. Diesem folgte man dann mit dem eigenen Auto zum eigentlichen Veranstaltungspunkt bei dem schon die Passagiere vom Reisebus warteten. Der Guide begrüßte alle und begann Sternenbilder mit einem Laserpointer zu zeigen und zu erklären. Danach konnte man sich einzelne Planeten anschauen, mit Wartezeit von knapp 15 min an den Zwei Teleskopen. Um 22.15 war der ganze Spaß dann nach Zwei Stunden vorbei. Wir hatten Deutsch angegeben und waren überrascht das alles in Englisch stattgefunden hat. Für uns kein Problem, aber es gibt Menschen die sich auf das gebuchte verlassen weil sie eben KEIN Englisch sprechen können. Zwei Stunden (Dank der massiven Verspätung) in einer viel zu großen Gruppe sorgten letztendlich nur für Frust und wir waren froh wieder im Auto auf dem Weg zum Hotel gewesen zu sein. Keine Empfehlung von uns Alter 29 und 24

    Bilder beschreiben genau die Wirklichkeit. Es ist nor schade dass Sie die Wirklichkeit nicht beschreiben. Was Sie geschrieben haben ist nicht richtig, und es ist schade dass Sie Negativstellung haben. Wir haben auch auf Deutsch gesprochen und alles auf Deutsch erzählt. Auch haben wir viele verschiedene Sachen gesehen mit den Teleskopen. Danke für die falsche Bewertung.
    Grenzt an Betrug: Statt Kleinbus mit 8 Personen Massentourismus mit über 50 Personen

    Wer hier (wie auf den Fotos angepriesen) eine kleine Gruppe von ca. 8 Personen erwartet, wird eines Besseren belehrt. Die Tour wird mit über 50 Personen durchgeführt. Somit ist eine anständige Sternenbeobachtung nicht möglich, da es schlicht zu viele Leute sind. Das Essen war nichts besonderes, eher unterdurchschnittlich, aber darüber kann man hinwegsehen. Das Wein-tasting ist ein Witz, man bekömmt ca. 3x 5cl vom günstigen Wein, das ist alles. Ozzi, der Tourguide ist superfreundlich und gab viele infos, Darum 2 Sterne und nicht 1. Weiterempfehlen kann ich die Tour so nicht, da mit 50 Personen und nicht wie beworben mit 8 Personen. Das grenzt an Betrug.

    Thank you for your feedback. It's unfortunate that you are saying that it's posted as an 8 passengers minivan. This is absolutely not true. You should read the description correctly before booking an experience. It says very clear that it's with a Coach/ Bus. Your comments deserve 1 star because you are not making any sense. The food is great and the wine is one of the best in the canary Islands. I guess you have a different taste. Nothing wrong with having a different taste, but you seem to be just a negative person. The entire experience including food and wines, sunset and telescopes with 2 guides including pickup in a very comfortable bus with air-conditioning all just for 70€, and you're still spreading negativity for nothing. You should be grateful for such an amazing and unique experience because other companies go with 4 buses and you'll pay more than 100€. My advice is to read the description carefully before spreading negative feedback for nothing. In Tenerife Stars we make people feel like a star!

    2 telescopes and more than a 100 people, no need to tell more... The rest was as disappointing. I travel a lot and did a lot of those activities, I never had such a horrible experience. I am available to discuss a refund

    This review doesn't reflect us and it's posted to the wrong organisation. We have 4 telescopes. Also we go with a maximum of 50 people in total. It's a horrible thing to do posting this to the wrong organisation. People can read how positive our work and experiences are over and over again. This is an awful thing to do.
    The Perfect Way to Explore Tenerife

    A beautiful trip, I think the photos speak for themselves! We enjoyed a meal and wine in a local vineyard before making our way further up the mountain to enjoy the views of Mount Teide, when it got dark, we enjoyed views of the stars and our guides pointed out the various constellations

    It was a fun trip. The pick ups took too long due to some error so we spent two hours on the coach on the way there. The food was ok - veggie options was limited. On the plus side our guide was excellent and the views on the way there were superb. When we got there seeing some of the planets through the telescopes was really good. Perhaps a couple more telescopes would also have made the experience better but overall enjoyable.

    Azi and his colleague are helpful and friendly. The experience itself is not very exceptional but not bad to go. It’s cold up there. Only 2 telescopes and you will see only 3 planets.

    Thank you for your feedback. It has been a pleasure having you joining us. It gets cooler in the winter season. We always communicate this with every guest by WhatsApp or by phone call. People are informed and it's just a matter of getting prepared. We use more telescopes and binoculares as well. Seeing only 3 plants is because other planets are not in our range yet. That's what we also explain during the experience. Our planet and other planets need to turn to get in our range so we can see those other planets. We show the 7 sisters, Andrómeda galaxy, Orion's open cluster and some stars. Thanks again and hopefully untill next time!

    Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Please don’t book! Very misleading description when booking, doesn’t mention self drive anywhere! Please be careful when booking, take screenshots! Even when we were texted to confirm and I mentioned hotel pickup, they did not bother to mention self drive! They just said bus is full, nothing else!!!! Ozzy the tour guide is very rude and unhelpful! He made fun of me and my friends which made one of us cry. Please don’t book this! We got there and there was 1 telescope for more than 50 people so we left right away as we did not find it safe driving behind late at night and also the tour guide being rude and non sensible!

    This is all is not true and didn't happen as described. This review is based on booking this experience without reading the description correctly. Self drive option is mentioned and this a choice people can make. When you choose to do so, that means you will self drive with your own car which you did. After arriving at the telescopes for Stargazing you decided to leave without any reason. This happened right away after arriving. Ozzi the tour guide asked you more than ones please stay and join us as it's a great experience. You decided to go without any reason. No buddy was rude and no buddy was crying as you've mentioned. It's terrible to make up a bad story that doesn't make any sense! Ozzi is a great guide and has a ver good reputation. People mention this over and over again. You didn't even join us to rate this experience. Based on what you've booked as serif drive option and then blaming us for something that didn't happen is unfair and rude. This is unrespectful for no reason.

    We missed the sunset and arrived late when the sun was already setting. We barely took any photos and were told to move on the stargazing spot. When I raised my concerns, it was not acknowledged. Unpleasant experience.

    The name of the experience is sunset & stargazing experience. We arrive at the place for sunset before the sun is already setting. This way people can enjoy at least 15 minutes to 30 minutes of sunset and take pictures. The review is not correct and we have many people sharing their personal pictures of a great sunset moment. If you have missed sunset this means you were with a different organisation and it's totally not acceptable having this review posted to our platform. There are other organisations who try to do what we do and people like yourself confuse us with other organisations.

    Beautiful and Adventurous Experience

    My husband and I made the mistake of not checking our emails the day of the excursion and ended up running from our hotel to catch the bus at our pick-up location! Thankfully, the AC in the bus was top-knotch and we were able to cool off and collect ourselves during the hour or so drive to pick up the other passengers. The entire bus was filled so I highly recommend booking in advance for this one! Our guide, Ozzy, was kind and funny and able to speak English, Spanish, Italian, German, and French without issue. Our first stop was at Bodega 1242 where we had a shared meal with the other passengers (we met a very kind couple from Ireland and another lovely woman from Germany) and got to enjoy some of the local wine. We ended up buying some wine and other goodies from the little shop prior to hopping back on the bus. Of note, this is the last real bathroom stop for the remainder of the excursion so plan accordingly! As we drove up to the Teide National Park, we watched the plants change from cacti to pine trees with the sunset flowing through them. We stopped the bus in the crater of the old volcano and got to take photos of the sunset at a scenic point. At this point, we were wishing we had brought a change of clothes as it was both chilly and windy. At our final stop, Ozzy educated us about the stars and galaxies and we got the opportunity to look through telescopes at the night sky. Again, my husband and I were not dressed for the occasion and spent a good hour or so in the bus while Ozzy continued with the remainder of our group. Overall, it was a beautiful and adventurous experience and I would highly recommend it to all age groups - just make sure to bring the proper attire!

    So amazing! Two Of the most beautiful sites I’ve seen and I’ve traveled all over. Ozzy is very knowledgeable on the sky And gets you very excited! Sunset above clouds You won’t believe it until you see it and the volcano is quite spectacular you feel like you’re on Mars.

    Is for the fun, the trip, and for them, Ozzie and the team, being joyful and entertaining . The dinner stop is very nice, we've enjoyed the food and drinks, but this is a matter of taste and just a subjective opinion . I do have a lot of opportunities to see nice clear skies and stars, so this is no wow for me BUT them deserve 5 stars for the work they do because they make it enjoyable and fun. I am glad I chose them for this turist attraction .

    Une 1er expérience enrichissant !! Avec des guides aimables et joyeux. Le seul point négatif serait qu il est pas un guide pour une langue mais c est compréhensible, pour cette période de l'année. Merci, et à refaire.

    Esperienza parziale rispetto a quanto pagato (troppo considerando che nelle agenzie in loco si risparmia addirittura 15€ a testa): non si è saliti sul Teide quindi abbiamo visto un semplice tramonto a un semplice belvedere; Infine la cena si è svolta alle 16.30 (al massimo penso che cena sia costata 15€ a testa)! Insomma 150€ per due sono troppi per quanto offerto, dovrebbero dare un rimborso parziale!!! Le tre stelle sono solo per gli astrofili!

    Guida sul pullman molto cortese simpatico e preparato. Per quanto riguarda l'esperienza in generale, non mi sento di consigliarla a nessuno. Il cibo era molto buono, vino anche, ma se si parla di cena bhe ....alle 16:30 la vedo un po' difficile. Parliamo del tramonto? Scarsi 5 minuti e poi di corsa sul pullman per andare a vedere le stelle. Per fortuna abbiamo incontrato Giancarlo, Italiano, super esperto di astronomia, ci ha spiegato di tutto e di più, abbiamo visto la luna, i satelliti e le costellazioni, unico punto a favore di questa esperienza. Ma dimenticatevi di vedere il Teide, è un'utopia, non c'entra nulla con questa attività!

    esperienza fantastica, la cena offerta con le degustazioni di vino è stata ottima, ne vale veramente la pena. Dopo la cena siamo arrivati nel cratere del vulcano dove abbiamo osservato il tramonto accompagnati da del prosecco. Infine ci hanno portati ad osservare le stelle nel buio più totale con tanto di telescopio e un astronomo che ci ha spiegato tutto ció che stavamo osservando. Consigliatissimo

    Esperienza fantastica. Abbiamo mangiato presso un agriturismo locale con piatti e vino locale. Il tramonto sul Teide è qualcosa di incredibile. Durante l’osservazione delle stelle ci sono stati spiegate tutte le costellazioni visibili e le loro caratteristiche
