Sehr schöne Tour! Die Jungs sind super sympathisch, informativ und etwas nerdig. Herrliche Mischung. Man ist zwar mit ca 50 Menschen im Bus, aber vor Ort teilt sich die Gruppe auf mindestens zwei Guides und vier Teleskope auf. Craig, einer der Guides, hat wunderbare Fotos von der Tour gemacht. Und unsere deutschsprachigen Guides waren auch super. Ein rundum unterhaltsamer und informativer Ausflug. Auch das Essen war gut, einfach, aber sehr lecker. Einzig die Lautstärke im Lokal war für mich und meinen Sohn etwas anstrengend, was aber auch kein großes Problem ist, da man sich auch draußen hinsetzen kann. Wenn wir nochmal zu einer anderen Jahreszeit nach Teneriffa kommen, werden wir die Tour erneut buchen.

Buchung war problemlos möglich. Abholung absolut pünktlich. Fahrer/Guide: HANS Ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen, hat ein sehr großes Hintergrundwissen und vermittelt dieses mit viel Charme und Witz. Diese Tour ist ein unbedingtes MUSS!!! Danke Hans und Allen die mir die Sterne und das Universum gezeigt haben - auch wenn es sehr kalt war.

Wahnsinn! Entgegen der Angaben war auch ein deutscher Guide dabei. Hans hat ein unglaubliches Wissen und einen Witz in all den super Erklärungen und Infos. Wir haben viel gelernt. Wir haben die sonne untergehen sehen, die Milchstraße mit bloßem Auge erkannt und Planeten, Sterne und den Mondaufgang gesehen. Das Team hatte quasi eine Mobile Sternwarte dabei und wir durften viele Sterne, Planeten und den Mond hindurch betrachten und auch noch eine heiße Schokolade trinken. Der romantischste und beeindruckendste Hochzeitstag den wir je hatten. Ein absolutes Muss für jeden der nach Teneriffa kommt! Unbedingt warme Kleidung dabei haben! Sehr sehr kalt da oben.

Wenn du Sterne magst, wirst du das lieben :) Tolle Gesellschaft, tolle Leute aus der ganzen Welt. Nach langer Zeit war ich so glücklich :) Ich möchte mich für die gute Organisation und Information bedanken. Sie holen mich pünktlich ab Ich habe ein gutes Essen danach, siehe Sonnenuntergang und die Sterne. Danke Craig, dass du mich seit Beginn des Abends zum Lachen gebracht hast. Unsere beiden Guides waren ausgezeichnet! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit, zuerst den Sonnenuntergang aus 1500 Metern Höhe und dann die Sterne im Dunkeln der Nacht aus rund 3.000 Metern Höhe zu beobachten. Ein sehr gut gemachtes Programm. Lohnt sich der Preis.

Tolle Reise. Die Guides waren sehr informativ. Das Essen war nicht das Beste, was man sich entgehen lassen konnte. Der Sonnenuntergang mit Cava war atemberaubend. Der Blick auf die Sterne war erstaunlich.

The tour guides were lovely. But the dinner was horrible. The chicken made me feel sick and I threw up later that same night on the tour. Luckily, we drove with our own car and could leave earlier. I’ve been sick since and needed antibiotics to feel better. The group was larger than I expected and there were long queues to get a few seconds glimpse through the telescope. I’d advice to just drive up to the TEIDE National park yourself to view the stars. Esp considering the price we paid.

I am glad that you thought my team and I were lovely. As for the dinner being horrible, that is a matter of opinion, as for it making you sick is highly unlikely. The other 50 people who ate have not reported any sickness at all. Plus, if you are suggesting it was food poising, then antibiotics would not be prescribed. Far more likely that you contracted a disease and came on my tour with it! We do not hide our group sizes it states 55 to 60 people when booking and tehre are photos of us with a large 55-seater coach on display! We do offer private tours which are just for you and up to 8 of your friends or family. They are available to book with or without food. If you want to just look at stars, then yes driving up is great. If you want detailed explanations of the science and mythology behind the stars and constellations and to be enthralled by the vastness of our cosmos and see deep space astronomical objects (with no rush or haste given despite the comments) then you should book our tour. I hope your doctor has given you a better diagnosis and that you are now feeling better.

My wife and I booked this tour before leaving the Uk and it was the highlight of our holiday. We were picked up at our hotel by coach and driven to a local village, mountainside restaurant for dinner and a drink. The food was as you would expect on an excursion and even for a fussy eater like me, was perfectly ok. After an hour, we continued up the mountain to see the most fabulous sunset, where our guide, Craig, took plenty of photos (everybody was offered a personalised photo) and a time-lapse of the event. Then it was back in the coach for the main event after the sun had set. At this point it gets dark and cold and this is made clear at every stage of the process from pre-booking to immediately prior to leaving. It was 25degrees in the coast and about 4 on the mountain, but it was fine since we brought warmer clothes and were provided with extra jackets by the tour operator. The star gazing was brilliant. Neither my wife nor I had ever done this before so it was a proper treat. The moon was spectacular and so were the various stars and nebulas we looked at. At the end, Craig took more pictures of the guests and unusually for this type of tour, provided links (via WhatsApp) to allow us to download the high resolution photos the next day. This is by a long way, the most professionally organised, yet fun and involved tours we have ever experienced and we’d return without hesitation. Every member of the team was friendly, accommodating and helpful. Unusually, Craig made sure that all couples were seated together by asking the solo travellers to sit next to other sole travellers, before picking up others. I’ve never seen that kind of consideration taken before to make sure people are comfortable. Absolutely first class. Book it. It’s something different and, even if you don’t like star gazing, it will remind you how cold it is at home!

Very knowledgeable and engaging guides and well organised. Just make sure you take lots of warm clothes, gloves etc as, as we were warned by the company, it gets bitterly cold at over 2000 metres at night at the viewing point. Would highly recommend this trip!

Extremely knowledgeable about astronomy, 4 scopes , made observation unrushed and leasurely. Sky clarity was perfect apart from the moon was so bright it did actually cast a shadow . Brilliant experience. 👏

My friend and I were enchanted by the experience. We were able to observe the starry sky in an incredible way. The stars were clearly visible and the explanations given by the experts comprehensive. We loved the hospitality and the attention to every detail. The viewing from the telescopes was almost less interesting than the naked eye viewing aided by laser pointing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening above the clouds. Communication with Kieron was good and the pick-up from where we were staying was super easy. John drove us to the restaurant and the meal there was basic but tasty. Others arrived after us and then we all took the coach to travel further up. Our sunset was a little muted but the company don't have power over the elements or the clouds! Because of the cloud cover, we went straight to the car park where the star gazing would take place. I understand that the first stop is generally a little lower down. It is perhaps a shame that the main event is right by the road but this can't be helped. A few inconsiderate drivers kept their lights on full and you have to remember to look away to keep night vision as clear as possible. The four telescopes were trained on the same planet/ moon/ constellation each time and there was plenty of opportunity to view. The guides' passion for astronomy is what struck me. They were all keen to pass on information and share their enthusiasm. They do this on an almost daily basis but manage to keep it fresh and interesting. The cava, hot chocolate and photos were all a nice touch. As others have said, it was bitterly cold. I had thought that I was prepared but it took me a while to warm up once we left. It was worth it though. Great value for money and a memorable evening.

Very well organised and enthusiastic staff. It is very cold so take plenty of layers. There were plenty of Wow moments, the skies were stunning My only criticism is numbers, over 60 on our trip 4 available telescopes so there was some waiting time
