Ein schöner Ausflug!

Wir haben die Tour sehr genossen! Es ist einfach schön, dass man an verschiedenen Stellen im Nationalpark hält, sich alles anschauen kann und dann weiter fährt. Man hat eine perfekte Sicht auf den Sonnenuntergang und das Glas Sekt schmeckt dann direkt noch besser. Das Beobachten der Stern wurde, durch unsere nette Reiseleiterin, zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Ich würde diese Tour jeder Zeit wieder buchen!

What a lovely afternoon & evening led by victor (Robert Downey Jr. lookalike). He was so informative & knowledgeable. Needed a little longer in the town of Vista Flora, disappointed we did not go up Mount Tiede as thought this was the whole idea of the trip. Cava by the roadside to watch the setting Sun was fun. Meal was very tasty but the highlight was looking at the stars afterwards. Great driving by Oscario back along the winding roads. Great Trip.

An amazing trip made even better by an excellent driver, knowledgeable guide and superb weather conditions. Take plenty of warm layers to enjoy the star gazing, it gets cold after sunset. Unlimited cava at sunset, unlimited wine during a delicious dinner. Just a perfect trip. Thank you Elegant Excursions

Amazing experience! It was cloudy but once we reached about 2000m it was clear skies. The crew was amazing and helpful and the stars at night were the highlight. I’ve never seen so many stars in one night. Highly highly recommended

The weather was not great...

The weather was not great so not the best time to be stargazing. We waited a very long time in the van for the other guests to be picked up, not the best way to spend your holidays.

We understand your dissatisfaction and it is clear that we do not want our guests to miss the experience of being able to see the magic of the stars and the night sky here in the Teide National Park. We live on Tenerife and we know that the weather can change in no-time but as the guide already mentioned to you, it is a rare event. We check the weatherforecast days before, on the day of every excursion during the morning several times and unfortunately the weather changed a lot that day unlike what the weatherforecast had predicted. When you get back to Tenerife the next time, make sure to give us a call or send us a message so we can take you on our tour. Regarding to the fact you have waited in the van, we organize this coach to get easier the pick up for the guests, we are very sorry that this day, we have to wait some guests. Only night with bad weather

What could have been a fabulous experience was spoilt by bad weather so no sunset and very little star gazing and unable to view via telescope. Our guide was great and landscape brilliant so all was not lost though would recommend not booking unless good weather forecast.

Very amazing experience. The guide was very nice, helpful and professional. We got to many different locations and got a lot of information about each place. Highly recommended. Get enough clothes on, it’s very cold on the mountain.

Amazing trip. The bus picked me on time and we had fun listening to many information and facts during our way to Tiede. Fernando our guide was funny and taught us lots of facts. The driver was great too (sorry I forgot his name). We had a nice dinner and then we went for the stargazing it was beyond expectation one of the best experience in my life. I highly recommend this trip you will not regret it at all. But keep in mind it take almost the whole day as i have arrived to the hotel around 11:00 p.m but it WORTH IT

The stars were absolutely spectacular and the views from The stops were literally like being in heaven. I highly recommend. Make sure to bring warm clothes for the evening. The only complaint I have is the food was not the best

Memorable experience - but for the pick-up

Excellent tour of the heavens by the guide, Fernando, and amazing to see the rings of Saturn and the four Galilean moons of Jupiter through the telescope. Good opportunities to stop and enjoy views and dramatic scenery. Dinner was plentiful and decent, with plentiful drinks both for the meal and for the sunset viewing. The one problem: the booking stated hotel pick-up and specified our hotel - we were subsequently notified that that meant a location 14 minutes walk away!

Regarding to the pick up, we always try to organize the pick up the best manner and the easier way for the guests so we have diferent pick up point in some areas. We never pick up directly at the hotel, except when the hotel is one big pick up point. Amazing evening/nighttime trip. The sunset views were stunning and our guide Daniel has an amazing knowledge of the cosmos. So fantastic to see the stars without light pollution. We also got to see Jupiter, Saturn and the moon via telescope. Possibly one of the best trips I’ve ever done and would definitely recommend.

Great tour with funny guide and free champagne

Picked up at bus stop outside our hotel. Arrived at National Park around 5 or 6 pm so had lots of time to take pictures before sunset. Next went to restaurant for dinner where we enjoyed 3 course meal, but we were sat at tables of 8 people with others from the tour group. Then headed out to viewpoint near observatory to watch sunset with champagne. Once sun set at 9, we went back to the restaurant for more champagne or hot chocolate. Would recommend bringing a jumper as it gets cold at this time. Had two more stops before returning to the hotel around 12. First stop was to use telescopes. Second was to learn about constellations from the tour guide who was very nice, funny and well-informed.

Could have been better

The overall experience was ok, our guild was very friendly and knowlegable, however due to the forest fire, we didn't get to see the sunset and the night sky was not clear enough. For the food, they were edible but not great, we do appreciate the cava and hot chocolate at night...

This was really a great tour. We were picked up at 4pm and got home about 1am but the bus made frequent stops along the way which broke the journey up enough to keep it interesting. Our tour guide Fernando kept things fun with his light hearted humour and Leon was a gentleman handing out cava, blankets and sweeties. The views at sunset and the stars at night were beautiful and definitely worth the wait. I personally thought the food was nice, perhaps basic to some, but more than adequate and was way better than what I was expecting from other reviews. The wine/soft drinks/beer could be flowing if you wanted and fernando made sure to ask that we didn’t have allergies or if we were veggi/vegan. Last toilet stop on the way back home is when you stop off back at restaurant after sunset for hot chocolate so make sure you go then. I’d deffos take a jacket and a pair of trousers to pop on later as most people made use of the blankets but honestly being from Scotland, me and my partner didn’t think it was that bad. Overall had a great day and would highly recommend

Absolutely amazing . So worth it . Tour guide was funny and interesting even for younger people me and my friends age(20/21). We saw constellations of the sky stopped at many view points . My favourite being the sky of clouds . The pictures do NOT do it justice. The drive there was beautiful. Absolutely loved it .

It was great, funny tourgide who gave us a lot of information about Tenerife and it’s origin. The food at the restaurant was also Nice. There are vegeterian options if needed .

This trip is amazing. Definitely recommend. If you like scenic pictures and huge open landscapes. If you love volcanoes etc it's all just brilliant. The sights above the clouds are stunning. I can't recommend it enough!
