Wir hatten drei Autos für den Ankunftstransfer zum Hotel um 600 Uhr gebucht. Der Flug hatte 2 Stunden Verspätung, so dass Sie denken würden, dass die Firma die neue ETA überprüfen würde. Der Fahrer sagte, sie müssten 2 Stunden warten, also betrug der Aufpreis 50 US-Dollar und 15 US-Dollar für die Neueinrichtung oder 65 US-Dollar pro Auto. Wir hatten bereits 45 Minuten damit verbracht, auf die Abholung zu warten und es in Ordnung zu bringen. Wir hatten bereits für den Transfer PREPAid, also zahlten wir die 65 $ Geiselgebühr, um zum Hotel zu gelangen. Ich werde versuchen, das mit Viator zu klären, wenn wir wieder zu Hause sind. Wünsch mir Glück.

Wir mussten ein bisschen auf unsere Abholung warten, da uns gesagt wurde, dass ein anderer Fahrer einspringen musste, um uns abzuholen. Nach seiner Ankunft hielt er an und nahm sich etwa 10 Minuten Zeit, um einige persönliche Angelegenheiten zu erledigen, bevor wir den Flughafen verließen. Er war freundlich darüber und uns ging es auch gut, aber es verlängerte nur unsere Reise zu unserem Hotel.

The one minute pick up is really 10-15 minutes. I called and the first person I spoke to said they could not find my reservation, even after giving them a reservation number. The second person I spoke with was very abrupt and clearly annoyed that I was calling. Finally after voice my frustration did they say a car was coming. Our driver was very nice and a delight to speak with. Upon exiting he shows me a message from the company with the tip amount that they demand. You can NOT choose your own tip. Shady operation. Take an Uber or Taxi and save yourself alot of money.

Confusing instructions

I failed to confirm my reservation online and to phone the company at least 12 hours before my arrival. I did not read the instructions that came with the voucher until I was in the air near Toronto. Nevertheless, my reservation remained active. I appreciated the fact that it had not been canceled. However, the instructions I was given over the phone to find the driver were very confusing and the people I spoke with to get clarification were not able to adequately help me. But when I figured out where to go to have a limo dispatched for me, it arrived quickly and the driver was very friendly, helpful and informative.

I waited at least 30 minutes after retrieving my luggage, went to exactly the spot their voucher indicated, and they never arrived. I tried calling their number and got a machine. I had to hire other transport. And yet, when I asked Viator for a refund, Carmel (this vendor) insisted they'd been there.

Private tour was not really worth the cost. Drive in sedan rather than Bud was okay. Driver very professional and courteous. Jumping a head in the line to board the boat was a big plus. Fallsre magnificent. Food on buffet was horrible and bit disclosed in brochure was cost of drinks, excluding coffee, hot tea and water, were additional. She had a Diet Coke and I had an iced tea. Cost, $11.00. Wow! No wonder the buffet, as bad as it was, was included. I think I would do the bus tour, if we ever go again. Doubtful at best. Not a fan of TORONTO. Sit is nothing compared to NYC, LA or any other big city in the US.

This was a waste of time and money. Our booking was not recorded by security at the airport and therefore the car was not available. It took quite some time and wasted international phone credit to sort out the booking with the company. Airport security said they often had problems with this US based company.

We ordered a car service to take us from Pearson into the city. Wasn't an extravagant price for most city transports, and though there cheaper alternatives, we wanted to relax and enjoy the ride. It was a mini tour and the driver gave tips and pointed out places along tge way. It helped orient us to the city - a subway or train wouldn't have done that. Car was spotless and comfortable.. I recommend Viator transfers to all my friends now.
