Flug über die Niagarafälle

Auf unserer Beschreibung der Tor stand, dass der Hin und Rücktranspot inbegriffen ist. Das Taxi, das wir hin und zurück nehmen mussten hat uns doch einmal 150 Euro gekostet. Das Flugzeug war über 30 Jahre alt und für 2 Personen hinten gar nicht bequem. Von der Tour ansonsten waren wir sehr begeistert.

Der Pilot war sehr höflich und freundlich. Flugzeuge sind nichts anderes als die Bilder auf der Website. Wir entschieden uns für einen Privatflug und das Innere des Flugzeugs war uralt. Erinnerte uns an ein europäisches Auto aus den 70er Jahren, bei dem wir uns unsicher fühlten. Es würde nicht viel kosten, das Innere des Flugzeugs zu renovieren, vielleicht das Loch in der Tür zu reparieren oder das kaputte Ausgangsschild zu kleben. Das Frustrierendste ist, dass wir diese Tour zu unserem Jubiläum gebucht haben, basierend auf den Bildern auf der Website, die nichts mit dem Flugzeug zu tun hatten, in das wir eingestiegen sind. Ein Agent rief uns einen Tag später an und als wir dies angesprochen hatten, boten sie uns einen Gutschein für 10% Rabatt an, der bis Oktober verwendet werden sollte. Es versteht sich von selbst, dass wir diesen Gutschein nicht verwenden werden. Bitte aktualisieren Sie Ihre Website, damit die Leute wissen, wofür sie bezahlen.

As a commercial operator we abide by very strict Canadian Air Regulations governed by Transport Canada and there is no compromise on safety as our aircraft are maintained to that latest standard. The pictures on the website are not that of the aircraft you flown as you had selected a different package and we can appreciate where the confusion came from and we apologize for any misunderstanding on that. We have taken note of some the interior remarks and we will certainly look into it and address them. We will reach out to you to further get your insight as we hope that the wine tasting, the winery visit, the land transportation and professionalism of our staff met your expectations. Die Flugreise war wirklich schön, aber schlecht zusammengestellt. Die Zeiten waren durcheinander. Wir haben keine Limousine wie auf dem Bild bekommen, wir haben einen kurzen Bus bekommen. Uns wurde nicht gesagt, dass andere Leute bei uns sein würden, 4 andere Leute. Mit diesem Covid-Virus hätten wir gewarnt werden müssen.

Thank you for your review, With the way the wineries are operating they are only allowing a limited number of visitors and they sometimes change the times to accommodate the visitors. We apologize for the change two days prior. We did reflect it in the ticket and the reminder we send. Also for reference, and as clearly stated when you purchase the ticket that this is a group flight in a group of eight. You have the option of upgrading to private. You can let Viator or ourselves know and we will be happy to accommodate. We do not use the limo but rather a 14 seater limo bus to support social distancing for a group of eight. In terms of safety, we have taken all the precautions necessary for everyone's safety. We disinfect the aircraft before and after every flight, we temperature check and have a health questionnaire for all visitors and masks are mandatory in the terminal and during flight. We hope to have you again on one of our other excursions to give you the five start experience that everyone is accustomed to.

Did the upgraded private tour version of this experience through iFlyTOTO that included a flyover by Niagara Falls. It was a fun experience. Alyssa took care to make sure my proposal went smoothly. Great staff at every point. Small delay in take off due to weather conditions but was clearly communicated. Great photo opportunities at the wineries and great service. Our favorite was the fly over the falls, amazing views. Be weary if you are sensitive to motion sickness as the plane ride can cause that. Brilliant experience overall and I recommend doing at least once in your life. Thank you iFlyTOTO

This was well worth it :) Booked the private tour instead of group and I think it is definitely worth it if you want something a bit more intimate. Everyone was very professional and it all went smooth. Weather was beautiful and the views were immaculate. Thank you iFlyTOTO

The plane wasn’t the one advertised, but we had a brilliant trip. The pilot was great, the views of Toronto and Niagra Falls were stunning. The wineries were excellent and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Alexander was fantastic. The flights went smoothly and we had no problem getting to and from the wineries that had been booked for us.

The views on the upgraded flight of the falls and CN Tower and horseshoe were wonderful. The landing was perfect. Not sure the private plane was worth the extra cost as the seating was very compact and I am only 5.9. The extra cost for the second tasting was worth it as the first tasting service was mediocore. The private luxury vehicle to the vineyard was great but the ride was quick so not likely needed. Overall a wonderful day...

It was very disappointing , The plane advertise , was not the one we were on , they put us on a plane that we barely fit , the head set didn't work So we couldn't communicate. There is so much things I would like to say ,but is to long. So I will say this is not good it all

This tour was amazing and getting there was different and saved a ton of time and parking...The tour itself was alot of fun and our pilots were great as well as the driver. Beautiful scenery!
