Hello Jennifer,
We are sorry that your experience has been so terrible.
We would like to clarify some points that you are supposed to know before making the reservation, since the description is very clear:
The tour guide, from the moment that leaves Valencia until the arrival at the Caves, tells history, anecdotes and curiosities about everything we see in Valencia and its surroundings. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations at this point.
On the other hand, it is not a secret that the entrance to the caves costs €14 (€10 is the price for us, not for individuals), you are free to go to the caves on your own, make your own reservation and drive to the caves. You can enjoy by your self without an official guide, without a bus and without anyone to manage the reservation.
Yes, we know that sometimes we have problems with boatmen who do not speak English, that is why our guides tell the history of the Caves before entering so that you know what you are going to find there.
Valencia and Go DOES NOT OWN THE CAVES, THE CAVES ARE MANAGED BY ANOTHER COMPANY, Valencia & Go sells a service that includes a comfortable bus in which we make the transfers and pick-ups, the management of the tickets and all accompanied by an official local guide .
Luckily, the company that manages the Caves has been incorporating boatmen who finally speak English for a few weeks, so that if you still have questions after the explanation of our guides, you can ask them in English.
For your side: we had to wait your for more than twenty minutes at the meeting point, you arrived quite late.
The most positive thing of the day for both of us would have been to leave you on Valencia and leave on time, so we would have arrived better on time and you would not have had such an experience horrible.
For the next time, read carefully what you are going to book.
Valencia and Go is characterized by being a quality company, we strive to be so every day.
We hope you at least enjoyed the caves.
All the best.
