we have a set time for starting the tour at 9:00, we changed that for you. As you were 2 people, you were booked for Sedan car and when we made you aware that it will cost you extra you didn't wanted to upgrade, still because we got one available we gave you a free upgrade. we charge extra for dropping at Airport, that was also waived for you.
The speed limit is 50km/hour in city of Vancouver so our drivers drive accordingly, if our guests have to take pictures at a particular stop, our guests let our drivers know and driver will stop somewhere where its legal and she to park to take pictures. And moreover, you can see your husbands trip advisor feed that how many photos he has posted there from this tour. Tour is pre planned and we can make some changes if guests request that, in your case you were taken as tour was planned. If guests needs to be taken to Airport, we leave downtown at least an hour prior to your drop off time. We try everything under our control to make this tour enjoyable and happy clients and we have happy clients everyday.
The reason why we called you because we were trying to figure out unsatisfied client who have written negative review.
Now we know, and we respectfully accept your review as we cannot make everybody happy. we tried by being flexible with you with your pick up , giving you free upgrade of. better vehicle, dropping you at Airport without any extra cost.
We usually welcome negative and positive feedbacks because positive feedbacks gives us enthusiasm and we learn from negative feedbacks to get better.
Your feed back is sad, because we don't think of anything that would have made you a happy client because we tried everything under our control.
it was a waste of 6 hours that we spent with you and your husband and I regret that.
