Komfortabel, Informativ, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis

Die Guides und der Kapitän sind super zuvorkommend. An Land waren 30 Grad auf dem Wasser gefühlte 10 also lange Hosen und Pullover nicht vergessen. Wenn man vorne steht wäre eine Regenjacke auch günstig. Kakao war im Preis enthalten

Don’t book with Viator - use Prince of Whales website

Don’t use Viator for booking. Go directly to the Prince of Whales website for significantly less cost. I contacted Viator customer service about their lowest price guarantee and they offered nothing but excuses. There’s a difference of almost $80CAD for two tickets! The tour with Prince of Whales was absolutely top notch though! Excellent crew and vessel and we got to see a pod of orcas and sea lions.

Whale Watchers

When whales were spotted, the captain took us closer and killed his engine. The whales (Humobacks) came right to the boat and stared at us for a really long time. It appeared they were just curious. Such an awesome experience. I will always remember this!!

I don't know if there was most memorable part, but I enjoyed seeing the humpbacks the most. I would have liked spending more tike with them than the orcas. We kept our distance with the orcas because they were hunting.

It was an exciting 4 hour trip , more than 2 hour , we were uncertain whether we’r going to see whales or not , till suddenly one appeared , then a group of whales appeared One that assumed to be baby whale jumped out of water and splashed , like she knew a group of people are there to watch them It was one life experience for us

Very good tour. Wear lots of layers as it is. Old out on the water once the sun goes down. Guides are very good. They take lots of pix so you can be in the moment.

Lindsay and Algebra were outstanding! Lindsay’s safety instructions were fun and I deeply enjoyed Algebra’s passion for the wildlife. Algebra’s storytelling was great! We truly enjoyed the trip and saw some orcas, humpbacks and sea lions!! The sunset was magnificent as well. Truly recommend this tour!

Surrounded by Whales!

Phenomenal whale watching experience! Thankfully, the captain’s instincts were spot on and we were practically surrounded by whales! On both the right and the left you could see them coming up for breath! We saw 4-5k whales and well as seals and throughout the tour the naturalists shared incredibly information about the sittings and other sea life. This trek was really a treat!

The sunset alone was worth the trip, but we did see multiple humpback whales breech the water, sea lions & a light house. The staff were knowledgeable & friendly.

Absolutely beautiful evening on the Salish Sea Eclipse! Saw sea lions and several whales! Algebra (yes, that’s her real name) was fantastic and very knowledgeable! Enjoyed a stunning sunset as Francois and Gord led us back to Victoria. Highly recommend!

Nice boat ride, but not the best place for whale watching.

The naturalists were very friendly and informative. I hoped to see more whales but we only saw the tail and back of a couple of them. The boat was very nice and safe and comfortable. It was quite a distance to get to this dock from our cruise ship dock and we had to take a taxi both ways. The free photo package was a nice touch.
