Habe viel über die Gegend gelernt. Sehr kompetente Fahrer. Sie benötigen ein paar Tage, wenn Sie ein- und aussteigen, da das Warten auf den nächsten Bus eine Weile dauert, auch wenn alle 30 Minuten gefahren wird. Die Abholzeiten sind jedoch etwas länger oder kürzer, sodass Sie warten müssen. Aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu fahren.

Utilized this tour trolley to get us around to see the different spots we were most interested in. The Add on for the Arlington Cemetary was a great feature. This Tour is misleading though as it advertises as having 21 stops and it does not. There are 15 stops only. Need to rebrand your marketing, so people do not feel taken advantage of, as specifically choose this tour based on information given. Had three drivers, Duke, started us off, he was very impatient with any travelers who were talking on the bus. Heavy sighs, spoke loudly to talk over them, turned his mic up repeatedly, was a little condescending towards others not speaking English language. Very matter of fact with his delivery, limited humor. Ms. Behavin was an awesome driver/guide. Her energy was relatable and scooped you up into it. She was having a good time and you could tell she enjoyed her job and telling stories. She infused humor and little jokes and fun facts in her ride. She was a favorite! The final driver, I cannot remember his name, but he was awarded best tour guide last year I believe. He was also nice to those on the bus but again limited humor, more matter of fact. Still an enjoyable ride learning and seeing the sites. Complaint is that the busses were not running on schedule so we would head back to catch the next lift at the half hour mark and it would be 45 or 50 minutes after the hour when the trolley would arrive. This definitely caused issues when trying to get to multiple sites in one day. Lots of time wasted just waiting and not all stops were labeled. A few things to work on to improve but overall a pleasant experience. Thanks to Ms. Behavin! YOU MADE OUR RIDE ENJOYABLE ON SO MANY LEVELS!

I was fairly disappointed with this tour, I have used them in different city and always had a good experience but not here. The app didn’t work, the buses were not quite on time so you didnt know if you just missed it or not and we waited in the cold several times. The stops are not well marked either. I picked this tour for the ability to use the app for a different language. My family was visiting and it was hard for them to understand the drivers and I ended up having to translate the whole time. I did the Arlington tour the next day, but my ticket had disappeared, and it took a while to fix and reissue the ticket that was never scanned the day before. Make sure you have your ticket scanned at least once when you do the tour.

The trolley was fine and was a great way to get some history of the landmarks. Downside is waiting 25 min to 30 min for a trolley. Time flies by. I got off 3x and had to take a rideahare home because the trolley only runs until 4pm. Most museums close at 5 or 530. Make sure to start the hop on hop off as soon as they open.

Wonderful tour of cemetery except narrator kept sucking on a peppermint. Gross. Directions from ticket agent at Arlington were confusing. At first I didn't need a hard copy of the ticket but then I did when I tried to get on shuttle. Attendant at shuttle took care of it.

Getting to the check in place and the code would not work and I called your company and was told there was nothing they could do. I tried to cancel and get a refund and was told that there was nothing they could do because it was not 24 hours before. I had just booked it that morning. I will not recommend your service to anyone.
