First, we apologize for the unpleasant smell inside the boat cabin. We would like to assure you that this should not have happened as we clean our cabins vigorously after each cruise. We understand how it can affect the overall enjoyment of your trip, and we strive to ensure such problems will not occur in the future. Upon investigation a ventilation fan in a technical space had failed. This has subsequently been repaired.
Regarding the recorded announcement, we continuously evaluate and adjust our tours in response to customer feedback. We will make sure to update our tour information accordingly with your comment in mind.
