The time on the water, the sunset, my friends, the weather were all Perfect. The crew was fun & friendly. They were great. The only problem was the music; it was all old, and most of it very old. When I asked about the music and could they upgrade it, make a change, I was told, “ No, it is a pre corded and it will continue and change”. It didn’t get better.

I see that you were a guest on our Sunset cruise which is not a narrated cruise but more of a relaxing, social environment. We do offer a narrated Sightseeing cruise where the crew gives much more information, history and narration. I highly encourage you to give that cruise a try if you have a chance and and I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the atmosphere crew :)

So sorry to hear that the weather wasn't ideal for your cruise. We sure try hard to make sure everyone has a great time but of course sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate. As long as it's not at all dangerous, most of the guests really appreciate that we make it happen as they are visiting and don't have any other time to get out on the water! In the future, we do offer trip insurance for just $2pp which would allow you to cancel for any reason, even if the weather just isn't what you had in mind. Bad memories. Loud loud music was deafening. Crews only pay attention to people that brought a drink. Othwerwise you didn’t seem to be important at all.
