We would politely ask you to avoid statements such as "bait-and-switch warning".
At this point you should mention that the tour did take place and that we as the provider did everything possible to make your stay as unforgettable as possible.
Of course, we are very sorry that we could not make the tour on the desired date. Unfortunately, due to sickness of our driver, we were not able to do on that day.
The following day, however, the tour with the fondue took place as agreed, and as compensation for the inconvenience we picked you and your passengers up from the hotel and brought you back, and we also offered you a prosecco.
That you now write such a review is an impertinence, I would rather say that future providers should be warned against you. Simply ridiculous!
