    Eine tolle Möglichkeit, ein Gefühl für Zürich zu bekommen – ein toller Ausflug mit einem tollen Reiseleiter und auch die Bootsfahrt hat uns sehr gut gefallen
    Ich werde es überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Nur um ehrlich zu sein.

    Nichts wirklich. Ich bin tatsächlich sehr enttäuscht von diesem. Der Reiseleiter war gerade zum ersten Mal nach dreijähriger Pause von seiner Tätigkeit als Reiseleiter zurückgekehrt. Er war nicht sehr informativ. Es wurden uns also nur sehr wenige Details über die Orte gezeigt. Der Fahrer fuhr zu schnell, sodass das Fotografieren schwierig war. Die Seerundfahrt war so unorganisiert und laut, dass wir allein gelassen wurden, um uns die App anzuhören, die sie uns gaben. Die meisten Passagiere unterhielten sich nur mit ihrer Gruppe, sodass es schwierig war, auch der App zuzuhören.

We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointment with the services provided by your tour guide and the logistics of our tour. After Covid-19 some guides decided to return back to our company and continue doing what they enjoy most, tour guiding. Nevertheless, this gap might have impacted the level of services. We're working diligently to reintegrate returning guides and provide them with additional training to ensure they meet the high standards we set for our tours. Also, we have forwarded him your feedback to help him provide a more informative and engaging tour in the future. Regarding the pace of the tour, we would like to apologize for any discomfort caused by the driver’s speed. We would also have appreciated if you had directly communicated your concerns to your guide, which would have allowed the driver to adapt the speed accordingly. Furthermore, this tour is partly guided, as well stated in the tour description in Viator. Our guests are accompanied by the guide until the end of the walking tour. We hope this part of the tour allowed you to immerse yourself in the city's rich history and culture. Once the walking tour in the city concludes, the tour transitions to an unguided portion, allowing you to embark on a 1-hour boat ride on the picturesque Lake Zurich. While this part of the tour is unguided, we provide an audio app that offers commentary and information about the sights our guests encounter during the boat ride. This way, they can still enjoy a narrated experience as they cruise on the lake. We hope you still enjoyed a beautiful stay in Zurich and look forward to welcoming you on one of our fully guided tours on your next visit to our wonderful country.     Die Reiseleitung und der Rundgang waren fabelhaft! Wir haben viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gesehen, Schokolade probiert und alles war organisiert und pünktlich. Die Seekreuzfahrt war enttäuschend. Im Prinzip waren wir mit der Stadtfähre unterwegs und haben unterwegs an Haltestellen angehalten.

    Das war gut organisiert und mir gefielen die Zwischenstopps zum Fotografieren. Das Beste ist die Seerundfahrt, sehr entspannend. Es war schön, die Stadt vom Wasser aus zu sehen. Zu Ihrer Information: Das Zürich-Terminal ist groß, daher war es aufgrund der Bauarbeiten Anfang Mai schwierig, den Abfahrtspunkt zu finden.
    Bustour großartig, aber machen Sie auf jeden Fall die Schokoladentour!

    Das Wetter war regnerisch und schlecht. Wir konnten also nichts sehen. Und die „Mini-Kreuzfahrt“ war einfach nichts. Wir fuhren mit einem Boot um ein Zehntel des Sees herum und legten nur an, um andere Leute abzuholen. NEIN, König oder Sehenswürdigkeiten wurden besprochen. Es war lahm. Wir hätten stattdessen die Schokoladentour machen sollen.

Our tour is designed for those who would like to get insights into our beautiful city and embark on a relaxing boat cruise on the lake in only a few hours. We understand your disappointment about cruising a small part of the lake, but unfortunately, Lake Zurich is just too wide to be covered in only one hour. Also, as it is a public boat, it needs to stop at some harbors to pick up guests who would also like to enjoy the cruise or simply commute to other parts of the city. As stated in the tour description in Viator, this part of the tour is unguided. Nevertheless, the boat cruise offers an audio guide app with interesting stories about the history of the city, the lake, and the surrounding mountains. The information on how to obtain this app on the phone is shown in the small booklet that all our guests received at check-in. We would have appreciated it if you had reached out to your tour guide or any staff member of the boat cruise about this matter. Unfortunately, rainy weather is typical in Switzerland, especially during spring. For this reason, we operate all our tours regardless of the weather. While we can totally understand that a boat trip is much more enjoyable on a clear sunny day than on a cloudy day, we believe that it is still a nice add-on and contributes to the overall value of the tour.     Es war alles gut arrangiert und gut durchgeführt. Das Einzige, was ich von meinem Hotel gehört habe, ist, dass sie die gleiche Tour von der gleichen lokalen Firma fast zu 75 % des Preises arrangieren, 25 % Aufschlag von Viator oder TripAdvisor sind hoch.

    Langweilige Bustour durch die Stadt und dann hat unser Reiseleiter es vermasselt und vergessen, dass wir auch eine Seetour machen und wir das letzte Boot verpasst haben und nicht fahren konnten.

To find out what went wrong, we have discussed your feedback with your tour guide: We understand from her account that she explained the itinerary to the whole group. While guests who booked only our Best of Zurich City tour need to take the bus again to return back to the meeting point, those guests who have a boat cruise included in the tour, need to walk to the harbor. Her instructions for the guests that booked our Lake Cruise tour was to wait in front of the bus. Unfortunately, you stayed inside and the bus drove back to the meeting point. Your tour guide didn’t notice until it was too late. We totally agree with you that it is the job of the tour guide to make sure that guests follow the right instructions and would like to apologize on her behalf. As we fully understand your disappointment, we authorized a partial refund through Viator to compensate for the inconvenience caused. We hope that you still enjoyed a wonderful stay in Zurich and that you will give us a second chance to convince you of our high-quality standards on your next trip to Zürich.     Sehr sachkundiger Reiseleiter. Mini-Kreuzfahrt auf dem Zürichsee versprach WiFi auf dem Boot, hatte es aber nicht.

The app for the audio guide can either be downloaded prior to the tour start or upon arrival at the boat dock. As public wifi is only available at the pier, all guests receive an info leaflet with step-by-step instructions on how to download the app before boarding the boat.     Die Beschreibung von Viator ist schlecht. Es gibt eine 2. 5 Std. Busfahrt vor einer 1er Kreuzfahrt. Der Bus hält jedoch an 3 Haltestellen und bietet die Möglichkeit, Fotos zu machen und sich die Beine zu vertreten. Der Führer war ausgezeichnet und die Bootsfahrt malerisch.
