Pickup details

We limit the amount of hotels we visit for pickups, so that we can spend more time at the Canyon, and less time on the bus doing pickups. Our hotels for pickup are strategically placed up and down the strip including downtown, so your own hotel should be either right next door or a very short walk away from where you will meet the bus.

What To Expect

This tour to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam from Las Vegas is perfect for those who don’t want to deal with the logistics of finding transport, parking, and meals, but who also want some time to explore the expansive beauty of this area on their own.

You’ll start with pickup on the strip from a few strategic hotel locations to keep things easy for you. Ride in a luxury, modern bus with a bathroom onboard for comfort.

Along the way, your driver and guide will make a few stops. You’ll stop at a restaurant for a hot breakfast (included). Then get your cameras ready for awesome shots of the Hoover Dam.

You’ll drive by a Joshua Tree forest to make a quick stop, and then you’ll get to Grand Canyon West where you’ll have a few hours to explore on your own. After this, you’ll drive to Grand Canyon Skywalk in Eagle point to walk on the glass bridge.

Your last stop is Guano Point where you can enjoy lunch around the rim and have even more photo opportunities of the gorgeous Grand Canyon.

Having a VERY knowledgeable guide who was great. Having a full breakfast and lunch made worrying about food options nonexistent! Ian prepped us to maximize our time at both Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam. Ian was a great guide and Carlos an excellent driver. It was worth EVERY penny.

The tour was amazing. When we booked I had no idea it was a comedy on deck tour, but that made the day even better. Our guide Pat made sure we optimized our time at each stop. He offered a ton of information both tour and non tour related. Can’t forget to give a shout out to our driver Elvis as well.

Rode with Andrew as tour guide and Bernice as driver! They were both awesome at what they do. The time spent at each stop was perfect. We appreciated every tip and trick Andrew provided so that we get the best views and shots of the Hoover dam and Grand Canyon.
Great day trip!
April_M, Mar 2024
This was a great trip. Our tour guide was Tony and Thomas was our driver. Everything went smoothly and felt very thought out. The bus was nice (note there are no outlets, though) and comfortable enough. The breakfast was about 20 minutes away from Vegas and was a selection of meals (pancakes, French toast, eggs, etc). You’ll sit down in the restaurant. From there we went to the Hoover Dam. The history shared was interesting. We had about 30 minutes here. There were restrooms here. Then we started our journey to the canyon. Even the drive was pretty with desert life all around. The Grand Canyon was phenomenal. There were two stops (Eagle Point and Guano Point). Tony told us to schedule as much time at Guano point as you can and I’m so glad he did! Eagle point was beautiful and if you purchased the Skywalk you had an activity. Guano Point was jaw dropping. You’re in the middle of the canyon. This is where lunch was served (chicken thigh or pulled pork, mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuit, and corn). A great view for lunch! Then you can “hike” and climb up to the viewpoints. It was absolutely beautiful. We were very fortunate with the weather too! In the shade it was a little chilly but the sun was warm so t shirt and pants was perfect. The timing did not feel rushed at all and we were able to do everything we wanted to do and perfectly ended back at the meeting time.

Joe the Comedian
TimothyWayne_W, Mar 2024
Joe was an excellent tour comedian guide. The 360 view . Joe took awesome pictures of us. We will remember this tour for a long time.
It was a good experience,...
Mayli_V, Mar 2024
It was a good experience, I would improved the breakfast and lunch. Mostly the lunch because on the description of the package it says barbecue but it’s not the true because it depends whether the restaurant is open (at the time of my trip it was close) so we had to eat in another place and the food was not good. Overall the experience was good but I don’t know if I would do it again if I’m honest. I would rather stay in Las Vegas a go to a show or something
Great experience
Ryan_S, Mar 2024
Tony and Lala were great- they took us to the Grand Canyon first to beat the crowds and other tour buses, which we definitely appreciated
Fantastic. Just do it.
TimothyW_L, Mar 2024
Our guide Joe and driver Manuel were simply AH-MAZING. I mean, it was just the best time ever. The trip didn't even seem long because of them. The service was so efficient and professional. We truly, had the best time.
